The bassist of 1980s reggae stria UB40 has been prohibited from functional companies for quaternion age afterward a bust-up all over bookkeeping.
Earl Hawker was secured because his fellowship Automatic Recordings sold £252,980 of assets when it was bankrupt and didn't fairly separate the proceeds with creditors.
The group's commercial enterprise manager St. David Dorothy Parker and gent theatre director Lanval Storrod were handed 11-twelvemonth and four-twelvemonth bans respectively.
It is implied two former ex-ring members were among the creditors.
